Our unique freeze-out filtration process is the final stage in its crafting. Inspired by the old Slavic tradition of leaving casks outside in freezing winter conditions, we chill the liquid to exactly -18˚C. At this temperature, the liquid density increases and it moves through ion-charged carbon filters very slowly. This ensures the smallest impurities are captured and removed, leaving an exquisitely pure spirit.
