JSC Latvijas balzams (BAL1R, ISIN: LV0000100808) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment on October 15, 2021 at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD System.
Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is set to be October 14, 2021. From that date, the new owner of the shares is not entitled to receive dividends.
JSC Latvijas balzams will pay dividends of 0.46 EUR per share on October 18, 2021.
JSC Latvijas balzams confirms that the dividends will be paid from profits retained until December 31, 2017.
