Considering the requirements of Article 59’ paragraphs 7 and 10 of the Law on Financial Instruments, the Board of AS “Latvijas balzams” (hereinafter – “the Company”) informs that a transaction has been concluded with AS “Swedbank” and related parties of the Company – UAB “Bennet distributors” (reg. no. 110365450, Lithuania) and SIA “Amber Beverage Group” (reg. no. 40103839550, Latvia), on prolonging EUR 9 000 000 limit creditline term for 2 months, namely till 30.11.2019. The impact of the transaction on the Company’s commercial activities is evaluated positively.
The transaction is also forecasted to have a positive impact on the shareholders of the Company, which are not considered as related parties to the transaction, as the Company will receive additional income. The Audit committee opinion on the transaction has been obtained.
